Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates. Weather, holidays, and customs processing can cause delays.

Shipping Cost

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Heavier items (dumbbells, kettlebells) may incur higher shipping due to weight.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Window

Not the right fit? Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with a return address
3. Ship the item back (buyer covers return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect)
4. Refund processes within 5–7 business days after we receive it

Damaged or Wrong Items

Got a damaged or incorrect item? Send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, used gloves, wrist wraps, and gym apparel that show signs of wear cannot be returned.
